Healing Arts 

Modalities: I invite you to explore below where I have explained some of the modalities I practice. 

Consultations: I offer free 20 minute consultations, over the phone or video, to determine if I am a suitable practitioner or what modalities may benefit you. 

Sessions: Appointments are integrative (can involve several modalities,) vary in length from 30 min-3 hours and are done at your location or over phone and video. Occasionally I see clients at my own location in Boulder. Sometimes I ask clients to schedule several sessions in advance or to pay a deposit for classes.

Cost:  Throughout my 20 year career I've consistently been flexible so people can get the care they need for themselves, friends, family and pets. I ask clients to exchange money, goods, or services that feel like a fair exchange without undue strain. In general, comparable prices for services can be used as a guide (bascially $100-150/hr) or you can give as much as feels comfortable. If you are experiencing financial hardship please contact me.

Energy Healing

Much of what I do can't perfectly be put into words even if there are labels for some of it like Reiki, Reconnective Healing, Psychic Readings, the BodyTalk System or Massage Therapy. While these are all structured modalities, I always bring a holistic sense of awareness and intuition to every session so I can help clients with issues that have resisted treatment through other means. Sometimes this is hands on. Sometimes it's energy frequencies that can't be explained. Sometimes it's simply empathy that changes the pain of something difficult for others to relate to or accept.

Holistic Care with BodyTalk

 The Bodytalk System is a vibrational language with its own set of tools to communicate with the subconscious of any system. With it, we can discern detailed information and develop custom formulas which tune the practitioner to whatever frequencies in the moment will facilitate lasting change for the client. Bodytalk is an all around health care modality and can also be used to guide us in the application of other techniques and systems and is excellent for referring clients to outside practitioners, modalities, and self practice.  Overall, it can be used to change our health, our path, and awaken our senses & states of mind to their natural consciousness of being, finally helping us overcome the pathological patterns we developed from responding to trauma and stress. It is a truly holistic system, in that it respects all systems, and is, at it's core, a code that marries quantum physics, consciousness, medical science, and self mastery to help tune us into the best version of whatever we can become next. It can guide us on the path of listening to our body's intelligence, or it can help us heal and transform ourselves, friends, families and other systems we serve.

Meditation coaching

 25 years of mindfulness practice and 35 years of visualization, meditation, and conscious reprogramming. I support clients finding compatible methods for them to take charge of their minds, manage negative self dialogue, establish healthy practices, emotional awareness, and focus.

When we are going somewhere, where is our mind? Is it already at our destination, thinking about what we are going to do or experience when we are there? If it is, then we might as well already be there in body as well because we will be feeling as if we really are there. Instead, what if we pay attention to our feet under us as we are walking? Or the scenery and people around us? By being present in the moment, not only will we be safer as life comes into focus, but we will also have more experiences that emerge out of the moment, rather than us always living in some mental future or past.

Ergonomic Coaching

Based on pain, posture, range and vitality I offer clients meaningful and detailed feedback on how the physical set up or habitual routines of life can be adjusted to support better overall health. Sometimes these changes are similar to Feng Shui upgrades, other times it's detailed mind-body instruction.
For chronic health issues this could be more about the chemicals in our foods, care products, cleaning habits or mold under our sinks. These consulting sessions are an outside look to help clients find the things they are missing that may have a much bigger impact than they realize. LET THE LIGHT COME TO YOU

When we concentrate so much that we forget we have a body, we can start to kind of climb into the screen as if we are somehow able to look inside its edges for whatever we are seeking. Instead, try sitting back, taking a breath, and seeing if you can allow the light from the screen to come to you. To illuminate your retinas with it's patterns. Then allow your brain to filter that into the relevant info for the moment. 


Massage Classes

Fun and informative, individual and group classes bring people closer through curiosity and mindful touch.  The emphasis here is not on sensuality or romantic intimacy but instead is about patience, gentle, confident touch, curiosity, and most of all, listening to feedback without being defensive.  This helps people learn to give the massages they feel good giving, without undue strain and fatigue on the giver while building trust in the relationship.

Local massage classes are for small to medium groups, couples, friends and families, are usually done on the weekends or evenings, are at least 2.5 hours and start at $400 (for up to four people and $50 more per person above 4) plus travel expenses for longer distances.

LET YOUR FEELINGS GUIDE YOU IN EACH MOMENT

When we focus on a single part of the body, we often lose focus on the whole person and can become unable to give the help they need. Instead, try sitting back, taking a breath, and waiting until you can follow your feelings from the painful areas as they come to you. Try letting your body empathize with the person you are touching and allow yourself to be guided to where you "feel welcome" rather than where you "think" you are supposed to go. Stay present because what happens in this moment changes what is feels right in the next.


Massage Therapy

I've given close to 10,000 hours of massage. I am skilled at helping clients relax deeply and intuitive with finding solutions to chronic problems.  I also now limit myself to a few massages, with select clients, each month.  

I generally work best with clients who have been getting massages for a while, are sensitive and like to stay present, but may still have unaddressed issues. Some of my longest clients have been massage practitioners themselves.
